Cheese has a number of flavors and it is made up of milk. Mostly, the milk of cow is used worldwide to make cheese but the milk of other animals such as sheep, goats and buffaloes can also be used. Four thousand years have passed when people initiated to breed their animals and process milk from them that is how cheese was commenced. Some of the cheeses are made by solidifying milk and adding lemon syrup and vinegar which turns to give a delicious taste and texture. The cheese family has the longest life in the diaries of food. We use cheese mostly in pizzas, sandwiches, salads and cakes. Mozzarella and cheddar are cheeses which we are familiar with. Cheese has a very refined process and that is why it can only be handled by experts in it, these experts are called Cheese mongers who have a vast experience in this field. One of the reasons that cheddar cheese was only found in England in the early centuries was that they only had the specialist who can make the perfect cheddar cheese. Joseph Harding was known as 'the father of cheddar cheese' as he introduced a lot of technical things in making the best cheddar cheese.

Do enjoy different varieties of cheese in your dishes for building bones and a number of other benefits. Use it in a lower quantity if you are scared of gaining weight. But remember! Cheese has more nutrition then milk.
