Greek Toasted Paste
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled pasta
- 100 grams chicken
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 cucumber
- 2 salad leaves
- 4 olives
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ red chili powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- Firstly cut 100 grams chicken into pieces and marinate it with ½ tsp rd chili powder and ½ tsp salt and grill it on a grilling pan.
- In a bowl add and chop 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 salad leaves, 1 cucumber and 4 olives.
- Then add 1 cup boiled pasta in it.
- Also include ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp parmesan cheese and grilled chicken in it.
- Ready to serve.
Hot Apple Pie
Ingredients
- ½ kg puff pastry
- 2 apples
- Half heat egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 grams butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
Method
- Firstly in a bowl cut 2 apples in cubes.
- Then add 2 tbsp honey, 1 pinch salt, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp light brown sugar and mix it properly.
- Then pour it in a frying pan and cook on low flame to soften them and thicken the gravy.
- Then add 50 grams butter and also ½ tsp cinnamon powder in it and turn off the flame.
- Now with the help of rolling pin, flatten ½ kg puff pastry in a square form and cut then into four pieces.
- Fill each piece with 2 tbsp apple mixture and fold.
- Polish them with beaten egg and bake in pre heated 180c oven for 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
