• I made ridas chicken laccha. The result was good. I do suggest taht u marinate chicken first with 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp meat tenderiser, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp any good brands chicken tandoori or tikka masala for EVEN BETTER FLAVOUR. I used 2 tomatoes for the recipe and I cookeed chicken in 1 tomato and used remaining tomato in the end. Plz try it.
