  • mahwish86, I find this recipe as one of the best roast recipes. U can try sara riaz chicken roast recipe which she taught in dec 2012, along with gajar halwa in same show.That recipe is also good. Good luck

  • tried this chicken roast recipe and it was so good. I used 700 gms boneless chicken, cut into big pieces for it. I omitted thyme, used oregano as recipe specified. and used only 6 tbsp lemon juice instead of 1/2 cup. Plz use fresh lemons for this recipe.Very good taste.
