Ingredients for Shahi Rogan Josh:

Mutton minch 250 gm
Onion sliced 2
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped 4
Tomatoes chopped 3
Yogurt 1 cup
Saffron one pinch
Cashew nuts 15
Oil 4 tbsp
Ginger 1 piece
Coriander Seeds Powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Red Chillies 6
Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves

Method:

1. In one blender, add ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, turmeric, red chillies, cumin seeds and salt and blend it and make thick paste.
2. Then in one pan, heat oil, add onions, green chillies,  tomatoes and blended masala and parched it for 3 minutes.
3. Then add minch and cook it.
4. Add yogurt and cupel minch (قیمے کو گلا لیں).
5. Then add garam masala and put wet saffron into hot milk and add cashew nuts.
6. Put into one dish and garnish with coriander and serve it.

Ingredients for Walls tri-layered jelly:

Jelly powder 1 packet
Strawberry jelly cubes 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Walls strawberry ice cream as required

Method:

1. Cook jelly powder in hot water and set in one bowl and cool it.
2. Then add ice cream as required and cool it and garnish with cream and strawberries.
3. Cut jelly in any shapes and decorate it.
