Sauté Chicken with Peaches

Ingredients:

  • 4 thin sliced Chicken Breasts
  • 2 forked eggs
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 small can sliced peaches
  • Grilled peaches to serve

Method:

  1. Process peaches in a food processor.
  2. Dip chicken Breasts in forked eggs.
  3. Sauté in a pan until done.
  4. Cover with processed peach sauce
  5. Heat gently in a pan for a few minutes.
  6. Serve with grilled peaches.
