Seasoned Cuttlefish

Ingredients:

  • 1 dash Ginger Powder
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Cups Seasoned Cuttlefish
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Pepper Paste
  • 2 tbsp Corn Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic

Method:

  1. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add the soy sauce, red pepper paste, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Mix everything together.
  3. Add seasoned cuttlefish.
  4. Mix until the cuttlefish is covered with the sauce. Fry it for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame seeds on top.
