Ingredients for Gajar Methi Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Carrot 1/2 kg
  • Boiled tomato 3
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Green chillies 4-6
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 gram
  • Fenugreek leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Soya chopped 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken Kabuli Pulao:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Boiled potatoes 250 gram
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Whole spice as required
  • Green chillies 4-5
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Crushed fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Muslin cloth as required
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 125 gram
  • Water 1 1/2-2 glasses

Ingredients for Pineapple Pastry Block:

  • Puff pastry 1/2 kg
  • Pineapple chopped 2-3 rings
  • Honey 1/2 cup
  • Cooking chocolate 200 gram
  • Fresh cream 4 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Beaten egg 1
