• MADE this jalfrezi yesterday. I made no changes to the recipe except give it a longer marination time of 3-4 hours with addition of tenderiser. This is excellent jalfrezi recipe. Even better than sara riaz, shirin anwar, rida aftab recipes as I have tried all these chefs jalfrezi recipes. sara riaz jalfrezi uses HP sauce and I made jalfrezi with that recipe and it was pretty average.
