Ingredients for Dhaba Daal Fry:
For Daal:
- Bengal gram 1-1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Water 4 cup
For Masala:
- Butter 4 tbsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chilli 1-1/2 tsp
- Black cumin 1/2 tsp
- Tomato 4
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Boiled gram 2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilli 2-3
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ingredients for Chanay Ki Daal Ka Meetha Paratha:
For Bengal Gram Halwa:
- Bengal gram 1 cup
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Sugar 5-6 tbsp
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
For Dough:
- Flour 3 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Water as required
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Flour for sprinkle
