Ingredients for Kung Pao Egg Noodles:

  • Chicken fillets 4
  • Onion 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Fresh red chili 6
  • Kolson egg noodles 1/2
  • Peanuts 10
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Stock:

  • Chicken bones 1/2 kg
  • Water 3 cup
  • Garlic cloves 4
  • Black peppercorn 4

Ingredients for Lemon Honey Chicken:

  • Chicken fillet 4-6
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda as required

For Sauce:

  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Lemon rind 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken fillet 4-6
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda as required

Ingredients for Tomato Beef Stir Fry:

  • Beef fillets 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies  8
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame seed oil 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
