Ingredients for Chicken Pepper Ronata:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Boiled chopped tomato 2
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch

Ingredients for Calamari Singaporean Style:

  • Calamari Fish 300 gm
  • Green bean 100 gm
  • Ridge gourd 1
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 small
  • Spring onion 2
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Ginger 1
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Hot Fried Prawn:

  • Jumbo prawns 300 gm
  • Ginger chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 3-4 cloves
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Dry flour 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
