Ingredients for Chicken Supreme:

  • Cubed chicken breast 2
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Mushrooms slices 5-6
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Mashed potatoes 3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Carrots to decorate
  • Peas to decorate

Method:

  1. Fry butter and chicken breast in one pan.
  2. Now add flour, salt, black pepper, mustard seeds, oregano seeds and milk.
  3. Now cook until sauce becomes thick.
  4. Now add mushrooms slices and cream in it.
  5. In one serving dish, put salt and black pepper in mashed potatoes and keep it.
  6. Now place chicken in serving dish and garnish with peas and carrot.

Ingredients for Traditional English Trifle:

  • Sponge cake 1
  • Fruit cocktail 1
  • Banana jelly 1 packet
  • Raspberry jelly 1 packet
  • Strawberry jam 1 packet
  • Orange jelly 1 packet
  • Vanilla custard powder 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put cake pieces in one bowl.
  2. Now put strawberry jam on a cake and pour fruit syrup.
  3. Now add fruit cocktail.
  4. Now add raspberry jelly, strawberry orange and banana jelly and vanilla custard powder.
  5. Cool it and put cream on top.

Ingredients for Kolson Chinese Garlic Egg Noodles:

  • Kolson noodles 8 ounces
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
  • Prawns boiled 1/2 kg
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Green onion chopped 1-2
  • Garlic cloves crushed 2
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp
  • Chili paste 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil kolson noodles. When it is boiled, put sesame oil and toast it lightly.
  2. Mix soya sauce, sugar and chili paste in one bowl and keep aside.
  3. Heat, oil fry garlic cloves and add kolson noodles.
  4. Now put prawns and bean sprouts.
  5. Now fry in green onion.
  6. Delicious kolson chinese garlic egg noodles is ready.
