Ingredients for Chicken Ka Korma:

  • Chicken 12 pieces
  • Onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 3/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Small cardamom 8-10
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Kewra essence 3-4 drops

Ingredients for Kopra Firni:

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Rice 6 tbsp
  • Sugar 1-1/4 cup
  • Small cardamom 6-8
  • Almond pistachio as required
  • Kewra essence 4-5 drops
  • Coconut powder 4 tbsp
