Ingredients For Lemon Pepper Fish:

  • Fish Fillet  6
  • Lemon juice  1/2 cup
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Brown bread slices 6-8
  • Salt  to taste
  • Olive grow butter  as required
  • White vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  3

Ingredients For Grilled Kabab With Cucumber Yogurt Sauce:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Ginger powder  1 tbsp
  • Seekh Kabab Masala  1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp

For Cucumber Yogurt Sauce:

  • Low fat yogurt   1 cup
  • Cucumber  2
  • Mint leaves  a bunch
  • Green chilies  3
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Light Chicken Curry:

  • Chicken  1
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Chopped onion  3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili  1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
