Ingredients for Sweet N Sour Chow Mein:

  • 1 packet boiled egg noodles
  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 cup green onion
  • 250 grams bean sprouts
  • 2 capsicums
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For Sweet N Sour Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp corn flour

Method:

  1. First, put black pepper and salt in chicken and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil, put chicken pieces and fry on high flame.
  3. Then put chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, tomato ketchup, tomato puree, orange juice, salt, cornflour and chili paste in one bowl and mix it.
  4. Then put all ingredients in chicken. When it boils, then put capsicum, green onion and bean sprout.
  5. Together put boiled egg noodles and mix it.

Ingredients for Chinese Chicken Burger:

  • 1/2 cup chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 kg mince
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
  • 2 fresh red chilies
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • Oil as required
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 burger buns

Method:

  1. Put ginger, garlic, mince, vinegar, crushed black pepper, salt, chopped peanuts, chili paste, soya sauce, fresh red chili and chopped carrot, mix it, make kebabs and fry it.
  2. Now fry bun lightly and spread chili garlic sauce.
  3. Then keep kebabs and keep cabbage and capsicum.
  4. In end, keep another piece on top and serve.

Ingredients for Chicken & Egg Drop Soup:

  • 1 onion
  • 300 grams chicken boneless
  • 1 cup corns
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce  
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • coriander as required
  • 3-4 tbsp corn flour

Method:

  1. Put chicken in water and boil it.
  2. Then strain chicken, separate stock and shred chicken.
  3. Then heat butter in one pan, put onion and make it soft.
  4. Now add stock. Together put chicken pieces and boil for 1 to 2 times.
  5. Then put corns, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, dissolved cornflour in water.
  6. When it boils, add beaten egg.
  7. Now turn off stove and put cream.
  8. Then take out in dish, put green coriander and green onions and serve.
