Desi Style Chicken Pasta, Masalaydar Chops And Semolina Cream Dessert by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Masalaydar Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Lemon juice  3
  • Garlic  6 cloves
  • Green chilies  10
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Add chopped mutton chops.
  2. Now add salt, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, mix it well then boil it.
  3. When the water dries then remove it from stove.
  4. Then add green chilies, garlic cloves, green coriander and grind the chutney.
  5. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions, make them golden brown, take out half onions.
  6. Put the chutney in half onions, fry it lightly, add lemon juice, salt.
  7. Then pour oil in a frying pan, add boiled chops, put the chops in a ready masala.
  8. After all the chops are fried well then add lemon juice, chopped black pepper, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  9. In the end add fried onions, sprinkle green onions, then serve the masala chops.

Ingredients For Semolina Cream Dessert:

  • Biscuits  1 packet
  • Butter  1 small packet
  • Semolina  1 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Cream  2 packets
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Strawberries  1 tin
  • Pistachios  a few

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C.
  2. Now grease the oven with oil, spread biscuits crust.
  3. Now add butter, bake it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add sugar syrup, roast the semolina.
  5. Now add condensed milk, mix it well then add baked biscuits, cool it in fridge.
  6. Beat the cream well then add pistachios.
  7. In the end garnish it with strawberry or cheese, cool it when serving.

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Macaroni  1 packet
  • Green chilies  8
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Capsicum  3
  • Grated Carrot    2
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour water in a pan, add macaroni, oil and fry it.
  2. When it is tendered then change its water, filter it and wash it, pour some oil.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan heat it add chopped onions make them golden brown.
  4. Now add chopped ginger garlic paste, add chopped red chili, roast it well add chicken.
  5. After that add salt, chicken water and roast it.
  6. Now add chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper, capsicum, white vinegar, grated carrots, roast it lightly and add macaroni.
  7. Then mix green onions leaves, serve it hot.
