Ingredients For Hot Chili Chicken With Cashew Nuts:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • White pepper  1 tsp
  • Egg white  1
  • Corn flour  3 tbsp
  • Carrot  1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Onion  1
  • Cashew nut  20
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Crushed garlic  1 tbsp
  • Ketchup  3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Stock  1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper, egg white and deep fry it.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, until it becomes light golden.
  3. Now add carrots, capsicum, onions, ketchup, chili sauce, soya sauce and stock.
  4. When the mixture is boiled then add cornflour paste to make it thick.
  5. In the end add deep fried cashew nuts, then serve.

Ingredients For Pad Thai With Prawns:

  • Prawns  200 gm
  • Suree  3 tbsp
  • Suree rice sticks  300 grams
  • Bean sprout  2 cups
  • Spring onion leaves  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  3
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • Peanuts roasted  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Bean curd  1
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Capsicum  1/2 (julienne)
  • Egg  1
Method:
  1. First heat suree rice stick, keep it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add prawns fry it for 5 minutes, take them out.
  3. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic fry them, until they turn to golden brown.
  4. Then add rice stick, suree pad thai, fried prawns, bean sprout, bean curd, green onion, green chilies, salt, chopped red chilies, roasted peanuts mix them all.

Ingredients For Lung Fung Soup:

  • Chicken stock  8 cups
  • Boiled chicken mince  1/2 cup
  • Chicken breast  1
  • Carrot  1/2 julienne
  • Cabbage  1/2 cup
  • Beans sprout  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Vinegar  1/4 cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Corn flour  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Put the stock, add chicken breast slices, boiled mince, carrots, cabbage, bean sprout, soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, chili sauce, salt and white chilies.
  2. When the soup is boiled then add corn flour paste to make it thick.
  3. In the end add beaten egg, sprinkle green coriander then serve it hot.
