Ingredients For Doodh Dulari:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Sugar  100 gm
  • Ice cream powder  1 cup
  • Green jelly  1 packet
  • Red jelly  1 packet
  • Rabri  125 gm
  • Mix fruit cocktail  1 small tin
  • Colored vermicelli  1/2 packet
  • Raisin  50  gm
  • Almond  50  gm
  • Cashew nut  50 gm
  • Cham cham  as required

Ingredients For Beef Stew:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onion  3
  • Black pepper  10 gm
  • Red chili powder  3 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon  2 sticks
  • Red chilies  4-6
  • Green chilies  2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  250 ml
  • Yogurt  250 gm
