Ingredients For Chicken Makhni Bahar Qeema:

  • Mince (hand cut) 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Black cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies paste  4 tbsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Boiled egg  4
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chopped all spice  1 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients For Chocolate Cup Cake:

  • Egg  2
  • Cream of tartar  1 pinch
  • Icing sugar  75 grams
  • Flour  80 grams
  • Corn flour  15 grams
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 pinch
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Butter  100 grams
  • Milk  80 milliliter
  • Cocoa powder 4 tsp

Method:

  1. First add egg, vanilla essence, cream of tart, chopped sugar beat it well.
  2. Then add flour, butter, milk and fold it.
  3. Now add baking powder, corn flower, salt mix it well.
  4. After that bake it on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Ingredients For Missi Daal:

  • Boiled black lentils 1/2 kg
  • Tomato  2
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Round chilies 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  2 tsp
  • Onion  1
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan, add cumin, green chilies, curry leaves, fry it well.
  2. When it starts to smell then add tomatoes, chopped red chilies, turmeric, cover it for a while.
  3. Then add boiled black lentils cook it for 20 minutes.
  4. After that add tamarind juice, green chilies, green coriander.
  5. In the end take it out in a dish then serve.
