Quick Banana Pudding, Hyderabadi Pasanday And Stir Fried Wings With Mushrooms by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Quick Banana Pudding:

  • Banana  8
  • Condense milk 1 tin
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Fresh cream  2 packets
  • Almond chopped 10
  • Fresh milk  1/2 liter
  • Walnut  1/2 cup
  • Rafhan vanilla custard  2 tbsp
  • Crushed biscuits  1/2 packet

Method:

  1. First add fresh milk, sugar, rafhan vanilla custard powder mix it.
  2. When it becomes thick then remove it from stove.
  3. After it becomes cool then add fresh cream, condensed milk, beat it well.
  4. Now take it out in a bowl, put the crushed biscuits and banana.
  5. Sprinkle some walnuts on its top.
  6. Pour some fresh cream.
  7. Some almonds and pistachios, walnuts on its top then place it in fridge.
  8. Quick banana pudding is ready.

Ingredients For Hyderabadi Pasanday:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste  1/2 cup
  • Coriander seeds  2 tbsp
  • White cumin  1/2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onion paste 2
  • Cooking oil 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Peanuts  8

Method:

  1. First add pasanday hammer it,make it thin.
  2. Then add whole coriander, white cumin, poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, peanuts, coconut roast it well.
  3. Then past the chopped masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies, salt and yogurt on roast pasanday.
  4. Now add onions in a pan, add cooking oil make them golden brown.
  5. When it becomes dry then add roasted tamarind paste, curry leaves, whole green chilies, simmer it for few minutes.
  6. Delicious hyderadabi pasanday is ready.

Ingredients For Stir Fried Wings With Mushrooms:

  • Chicken wings 8
  • Mushrooms 1 tin
  • Egg white 2
  • Capsicum 2
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Flour  1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First wash the chicken wings nicely filter it so that all the water drains.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, salt mix it and steam the wings.
  3. When the water dries then make it cool.
  4. Then add corn flour, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and boiled wings, mix the mixture nicely.
  5. Now paste it into egg white.
  6. After that pour oil heat it at low temperature.
  7. When it turns to golden brown then take it out.
  8. Then add mushrooms, capsicum, stir fry it.
  9. Now add soya sauce, white vinegar.
  10. In the end add wings then serve it.
