Singaporean Rice, Coconut Beef Curry And Lemon & Mint Cooler by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Singaporean Rice:

  • Rice  2 1/2 cup
  • Prawns  1/2 packet
  • Mushrooms 1/2 tin
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Green onion  1 cup
  • Yellow color  a pinch
  • Chopped Onion 1
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Chopped capsicum 2
  • Eggs  3
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chicken boneless  8
  • Boiled noodles  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil  1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  3 tbsp
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add sela rice, keep them in water, take it out from water add fresh water, white vinegar, salt boil it 2/4th.
  2. Now pour water simmer it for 5 minute take it out in a tray spread it.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan, add onions make it light golden brown.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste, roast it lightly, add chicken pieces, roast it well.
  5. When the chicken water dries, then add prawns, stir it well.
  6. Now add white vinegar, soya sauce, chicken cubes, flour, black pepper, mushroom, red chilies, carrot, chopped capsicum, mushroom add boiled noodles.
  7. After that add rice, soya sauce, remaining vinegar.
  8. Then stir fry it immediately, add sesame seeds.
  9. In the end add chopped green onions, add chopped onions, bean sprouts then serve.

Ingredients For Coconut Beef Curry:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coconut cream powder 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil  3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Add beef undercut piece, add ginger garlic paste, white vinegar, soya sauce, salt, leave it for half an hour.
  2. Pour oil heat it add masala pieces, stir fry it well.
  3. Then add chopped black pepper, add green chilies, coconut cream, water mix it well.
  4. In the end add fresh cream, rice then serve.

Ingredients For Lemon & Mint Cooler:

  • Mint leaves 2 bunches
  • Lemons  5
  • Sugar  2 cups
  • Water 2 1/2 glasses
  • Black pepper  as required
  • Ice  as required

Method:

  1. Add chopped mints, wash it well.
  2. Now blend it add sugar, lemon juice, ice, blend it well.
  3. Then filter it add chopped black pepper, sprinkle it well.
