Ingredients For Peach Cobbler:

  • Peach  1 tin
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Milk  250 ml
  • Flour  250 gm
  • Baking powder  2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder  1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder  1/4 tsp
  • Sugar  1/4 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Butter  as required

Method:

  1. First chop the peach.
  2. Then add lemon juice, chopped cinnamon, chopped nutmeg mace.
  3. Now add flour, baking powder, salt, milk knead it well.
  4. Keep it in mind that it should not be so soft or hard.
  5. Then knead the dough, then cut the pieces of 3 to 4 inch.
  6. Now put the chopped peaches in its centers.
  7. Make its side wet with water.
  8. Put sugar on its top and pack it like a packet.
  9. When the packet becomes ready then grease the oven tray with butter.
  10. Now heat the oven to 180 degree C on 18 to 20 minutes.
  11. When it turn to golden color then take it out and cut, then serve it.

Ingredients For Hyderabadi Rice:

  • Rice  300 gm
  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Saffron  1
  • Milk  3-4 tbsp
  • Onion  2
  • Ghee 125 gm
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color  1 pinch

Method:

  1. Put chicken cubes, add ghee, khara garam masala cook it well.
  2. When the chicken tenders then turn off the stove.
  3. Now add yogurt, pinch of yellow color beat it well.
  4. Then spread that yogurt on chicken.
  5. Then pour milk, keep the saffron in water.
  6. Then add onion slices, ghee fry it well.
  7. When the onions becomes golden brown then take it out and keep it on a side.
  8. Add remaining onions put them into chicken pan. Put chopped green coriander, chopped mint.
  9. Now add water, whole cumin and salt cook it.
  10. When water becomes hot then keep the rice.
  11. When the rice starts to comes up then boil it 2/4th take them out from water, spread them in chicken pan.
  12. When the rice spread then add remaining onions.
  13. Put saffron, milk lemon juice.
  14. In the end pour ghee, simmer it on 8 to 10 minutes.
  15. Delicious hyderabadi rice is ready.
