Beans & Mince Pan Cake, Buttery Fried Chicken And Summer Fruit Punch by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Beans and Mince Pan Cake:

For Pan Cake:

  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs  4
  • Cinnamon powder  a pinch
  • Baking powder  a pinch
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Filling:

  • Boiled red beans  300 gm
  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Green onion  1-2
  • White pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

For Making Pan Cake:

  1. Blend the egg, salt, flour, chopped cinnamon, baking powder mix it well make it thick mixture it ready.
  2. Then pour oil add mixture, spread it and cook it on both sides.
  3. Pan cake is ready.

For Filling:

  1. Take a boiled red beans keep them in soda.
  2. Then wash it and boil. When they become soft then blend and make its paste.
  3. Now pour oil add garlic paste, chicken mince for frying.
  4. Now take a red beans paste, chopped black pepper, soya sauce, chopped white pepper and salt mix it well then cook it.
  5. Now add green onions, remove it from stove.
  6. Put the mixture in center of the pan cake then serve.

Ingredients For Buttery Fried Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Green chilies  3-4
  • Vinegar  2-3 tbsp
  • Tomato puree  1/2 cup
  • Black pepper  2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce  2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1/2 cup
  • Butter  2-3 tbsp
  • Olive oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken breast make its thin slices.
  2. Now add garlic paste, vinegar, sprinkle salt, fry it in butter take it out then keep it on a side.
  3. Then pour olive oil in a pan, add onions for frying.
  4. After that add capsicum, tomato puree, tomato, chopped green chilies, fry it well.
  5. Now add chopped black pepper, oyster sauce, salt cook it well.
  6. Now add brown sugar, mix it well, add chicken mix it well, dish out and put butter for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients For Summer Fruit Punch:

  • Lychee  1 cup
  • Cherry  1/2 cup
  • Water melon  1 cup
  • Soda  water  250 ml
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • Honey  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Apples  (cubes)
  • Black salt  a pinch
