Anda Keema, Crispy Chicken Sticks And Chatpatay Beef Balls by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Chatpatay Beef Balls:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Bread slices  2
  • Egg whites  2
  • Whole red chilies 4
  • Green chiles  8
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First take a mutton mince, bread slices, chop it.
  2. Now add green chilies, fresh red chilies, soya sauce, white vinegar, chopped onions, flour, chopped black pepper, salt, and chopped green coriander mix it well.
  3. Then make small balls, dip it into egg white paste bread crumbs.
  4. After that pour oil deep fry it in low flame.
  5. When it becomes golden brown then add tomato ketchup then serve.

Ingredients For Anda Keema:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs  4
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Whole red chili  8
  • Green chilies  4
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Cloves  8
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped ginger  2 tbsp
  • Lemons  2
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. First take a bowl, add mince, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste let it cook on stove.
  2. During this add egg water with salt boil it, when it boiled hard then wash it with cool water. Then remove its skin and put cloves on its both sides.
  3. When the mince water dries then pour oil, add long green chilies, whole red chilies roast it well.
  4. After that add lemon juice.
  5. Now add oil and add chopped onions make them golden brown, spread it on a paper.
  6. Then add eggs fry them lightly, after that add mince in egg pieces for decoration.
  7. Then  put fried onions, ginger and green coriander on its top, serve it hot.

Ingredients For Crispy Chicken Sticks:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Egg  2
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard vinegar  1 tsp
  • White vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour  1 tbsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Bread crumbs  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken boneless pieces wash them well add chopped black pepper, white vinegar, soya sauce, mustard powder, chicken cube or chicken powder, corn flour and salt mix them well.
  2. Now dip it into egg white, paste bread crumbs and leave it for 15 minutes.
  3. Then pour oil in a pan, add chicken pieces deep fry them.
  4. When it turns to golden brown then take it out and serve it with tomato ketchup.
