Ingredients For Bangladeshi Charga With Shan Charga Masala:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Ginger garlic  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Onion  2 chopped
  • Whole red chilies  8
  • Shan Charga Masala  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a chicken add yogurt, sugar, salt, ginger garlic paste and shan charga masala marinate it for 6 to 8 hours.
  2. Take a pan pour oil add onions fry it lightly until it becomes golden.
  3. Now add marinated chicken and whole red chilies for frying.
  4. Then add remaining marinated masala cover and let it cook till the chicken tender.

Ingredients For Trifle Cups:

  • Red jelly 1 packet
  • Green jelly 1 packet
  • Yellow jelly  1 packet
  • Prepared custard  3 cups
  • Fruit cocktail  1 medium can
  • Cake Rusk  125 gm
  • Fresh cream  200 gm
  • Strawberry sauce  as required

For Custard:

  • Milk  3 cup
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Vanilla custard powder  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First make all the jelly in separate bowl mix it in a pan then leave it.
  2. After that cut it into square pieces and keep it on a side.
  3. Beat the cake rusk thick. Now put cake rusk in every cup.
  4. Sprinkle fruit syrup on it. Put fruit cocktail on it.
  5. After that add custard, then jelly cubes, and walnuts and custard.
  6. Now make it cool and place it in fridge.
  7. Add fresh cream, strawberry sauce for garnishing.
