Ingredients For Aloo Aur Papri Chaat:

  • Boiled potatoes 5
  • Papri  12
  • Nimko  1 packet
  • Tamarind paste  1 cup
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Big onion  1
  • Green chilies  3
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Sonth  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add boiled and peeled potatoes, makes cubes, chopped black pepper, sugar, lemon juice, salt, tamarind paste make it thick, chopped red chilies, roasted and chopped white cumin, chopped green chilies and chopped mint mix it well.
  2. Add small pieces of papri, chopped onions, mint and mix nimco serve it well.

Ingredients For Khajoor Kay Ladoo:

  • Dates  1/2 kg
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Chopped pistachio  15
  • Semolina  1 cup
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Chopped cardamom  4
  • Sesame seeds  3 tbsp
  • Coconut powder 1 packet
  • Oil  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take out the seeds of dates.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped small cardamom.
  3. Then add semolina, roast it for 15 minutes, add chopped almonds and chopped pistachio roast it again lightly.
  4. Now remove it from stove mix the dates.
  5. When semolina becomes cool then add sugar.
  6. Now put coconut powder and roasted white sesame seeds pour oil on it and make small ladoo.

Ingredients For Bread Rolls:

  • Chicken mince  250 gm
  • Bread slices 1
  • Egg whites  2
  • Green chilies  6
  • Boiled potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Bread crumbs  1 packet
  • Cottage cheese  1 packet
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First peel the boiled eggs, mash them with help of fork.
  2. Now add salt in chicken mince dry its water.
  3. Then cut the sides of bread mix in the dry mince chop them in a blender.
  4. Now add soya sauce, boiled potato, chopped black pepper, green chilies, chopped green coriander and cottage cheese mix it well.
  5. After that add mix the rolls and dip it into egg white, paste the bread crumbs.
  6. Pour oil in a pan, deep fry the rolls and make them golden brown and take it out.
  7. Then serve it with tomato ketchup.
