Ingredients For Achari Bhujia Masala:

  • Peeled potatoes  4
  • Mustard oil  1 cup
  • Peeled peas  1/2 cup
  • Lemons  4
  • Green chilies  6
  • Fenugreek seeds 6
  • Green beans  10
  • Curry leaves  few  6 cloves
  • Chopped garlic  1
  • Cauliflower  1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds  1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tbsp
  • Nigella seeds  2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Kashmiri Mutton Kabab:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Bread slices  2
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  8
  • Black peppercorn  8
  • White cumin  1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Bread crumbs  as required
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  to fry
