Ingredients For Dahi Baray:

  • Gram flour  1 1/2 cup
  • Soda Bi carb  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Oil  For fry

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add flour, soda, salt and chopped red chilies mix it well and pour water make its batter thick.
  2. Now pour oil, give it shape of pakora fry it well, when it color changes to golden then take it out from pan, so that its oil separate and it becomes soft.
  3. Now add beated yogurt. Add salt, chopped red chilies, chaat masala and sugar then mix it.
