Ingredients For Milk Colada:

  • Milk  1/4 liter
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Cardamom a pinch
  • Yellow color  a pinch
  • Almonds & pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Ice  1 cup
  • Caster sugar  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender then add ice blend it again.
  2. Milk colada is ready.

Ingredients For Milky Chicken Broast:

  • Chicken pieces 4
  • Egg  2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. Put the mustard paste, lemon juice, roasted and chopped nutmeg mace, chopped red chili, chopped garam masala, salt, roasted and chopped cumin and milk leave it for half an hour. Now cover it in a pan for 10 minutes cook it from both sides.
  2. Then take it out and add corn flour, coat it, pour oil and heat it.
  3. After that add chicken pieces dip it into egg, coating of bread crumbs, pour oil and deep fry it.
  4. Milky chicken broast is ready.
