Ingredients For Murgh Kalia:

  • Chicken leg  1/2 kg
  • Diced onion  2
  • Diced tomato  4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Chili paste  2 tbsp
  • Turmeric paste 1 tsp
  • Allspice powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard seed  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Mustard oil 4 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to  taste
  • Green coriander  for garnish

Method:

  1. Take a pan, add olive oil, oil, ginger garlic paste and chicken then cook.
  2. Now add chili paste, chopped garam masala, turmeric, tomatoes, chopped cumin, mustard seeds and salt then roast it.
  3. When the masala is roasted then pour water and mix it cook it on low temperature.
  4. When it becomes ready then dish out it and sprinkle green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Bangali Roti:

  • White flour  1 cup
  • Rice flour  1 cup
  • Mustard seed  1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  1
  • Nigella seed  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  5 to 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Eggs  2 to 3
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take a flour, rice flour, mustard seeds, curry leaves, kalonji, green chilies, green coriander, mint, egg and salt then make the paste.
  2. Pour oil in a pan, make the batter in a pan spread it, cook it from both sides then serve.
