Ingredients For Anday Ki Lauz:

  • Dry milk powder 1 cup
  • Eggs 6
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Butter  6 ounce
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a blender add milk, egg, sugar, butter, pinch of yellow color, saffron, cardamom powder and peeled & chopped almonds and blend it well.
  2. Then put the mixture in oven proof dish bake it on 190 degree C for 30 minutes until it becomes set.

Ingredients For Crispy Deep Fried Wings With Shan Broast Masala:

  • Chicken wings with skin  1/2 kg
  • Shan broast masala  4 tbsp
  • Flour  4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Zarda Color  1 pinch

Method:

  1. First marinate the chicken wings, shan broast masala, flour, corn flour, egg, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, roasted and chopped cumin.
  2. Now deep fry it for 20 minutes and serve it with fries.
