Ingredients For Handi Tikya Kabab With Shan Chapli Kabab Masala:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Shan chapli kabab masala  1 packet
  • Egg  1
  • Bread slice 1

For Masala:

  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Onion  1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Ginger garlic  2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Allspice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add mince, shan kabab masala, egg, bread slices, onion, ginger garlic and green coriander chop it well.
  2. Now make kababs of it.
  3. For making masala take a handi pour oil, add onions, blended tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped red chilies, garam masala, yogurt roast it well.
  4. Now simmer it for 15 minutes.
  5. Then garnish it with green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Macaroni Salad:

  • Macaroni 2 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomato  1

For Dressing:

  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar  1 tsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Ketchup  1/2 cup
  • Cream  4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add boiled macaroni, capsicum, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped red chilies, caster sugar, chili sauce, ketchup, cream, mayonnaise and salt mix it well.
  2. Now put the salad on salad leaves then serve.
