Ingredients For Mango Cream Delight:

  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Gelatin powder  1 tbsp
  • Mangoes chopped  1/2 kg
  • Mango jelly  1 packet
  • Condensed milk  1 cup
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Mango essence  few drops
  • Biscuit crushed  2 cup

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add yogurt, cream, condensed milk, mango jelly, milk and few drops of mango essence beat it well.
  2. Now add gelatin powder, knead it in water and mix it in yogurt mixture.
  3. Along mango pieces.
  4. Take a serving bowl add biscuits crush, put yogurt and mango mixture keep it in fridge for 2 hours then leave it to serve.

Ingredients For Korma Rice:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Milk  1 glass
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add rice in water leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now take a bowl add ghee, onions make them golden brown then take it out.
  3. Then add onions, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, small cardamom, cumin, curry leaves, chopped red chilies, salt and turmeric leave it for half an hour.
  4. Now add ghee and cook it for half an hour and roast it.
  5. After that add green chilies, mint and pour milk.
  6. Now add rice. When it comes to boil for 1 to 2 times then simmer it and mix the kewra.
