Ingredients For Beef Almond Kabab:

  • Beef mince  375 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Coriander leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Egg  2
  • Almond  200 gm
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Red pepper  1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First mix the garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, chopped garam masala, chopped red chilies, cinnamon, egg and salt  mix it well with mince and take it out in a bowl.
  2. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, green coriander and mint mix it well and make the kababs of finger size.
  3. After that take a beaten egg dip the kabab into egg.
  4. Then add chopped almonds for coating then shallow fry it on 200 degree C.

Ingredients For Chicken Pakora:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Gram flour  2 cup
  • Red pepper  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Dry mango powder  1 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds  2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Coriander leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First make the pieces of chicken boneless.
  2. Now take a bowl add gram flour, green coriander, mint, chopped red chilies, chopped cumin, dry mango powder and salt mix it well and water make the thick batter.
  3. Now pour oil in a pan shallow fry it.
  4. When it turns to brown then serve it with chutney or ketchup.
