Ingredients For Pita Bread:

  • Flour  1 cup
  • Yeast  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  for frying

Method:

  1. For making pita bread, take a bowl of flour, yeast, salt and black pepper mix it and pour water to knead it.
  2. Now leave the knead flour.
  3. When the flour rises then make small portions make its roti.
  4. Now fry it on a pan pour oil , make chapatti.
  5. Pita bread is ready.

Ingredients For Shawarma Platter:

  • Chicken  250 gm
  • Cabbage  1
  • Chakundar  1
  • Tomato  1
  • Onion  1
  • Cucumber  1 
  • Capsicum  1
  • Salad leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  1 to 2
  • Chopped garlic 5 to 6 cloves
  • Yogurt  2 tbsp
  • Chopped turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped red chilies  1/2 tsp
  • Mayonnaise  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  as needed

Method:

  1. First add yogurt, salt, black pepper, chopped turmeric, chopped garlic marinate it well.
  2. Then cut all the vegetables.
  3. When the chicken is marinated then pour oil cook the chicken.
  4. Then mix cabbage, chakundar, tomato, chopped onion and capsicum, cook it more for 5 minutes.
  5. For making mayo garlic dip, add chopped garlic into mayonnaise mix it well.
  6. For serving, take a beautiful platter, put ready chicken on one side and pita bread on another side then serve.
