Ingredients For Rice Pudding:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Eggs  2
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour  1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk  1 cup
  • Desiccated coconut 50 gm

Method:

  1. Firstly cook the milk.
  2. When the milk is cooked then add sugar.
  3. Now add rice flour, coconut milk, egg, vanilla essence and chopped cinnamon make the batter.
  4. Then put it into boiled milk then cook it for 20 minutes.
  5. When it becomes thick then take it out and add coconut and raisins.

Ingredients For Batata Bread Kabab:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Potatoes boiled  2
  • Green chilies  6
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Garlic  6
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Egg  2
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Chaat masala  1 tsp
  • Onion  1
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. First keep the bread slices in milk.
  2. Then add bread slices, onion, green chilies, whole coriander, cumin, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, chopped black pepper, salt, garam masala and chat masala chop it well.
  3. Now take it out and add boiled potatoes and egg mix it well.
  4. Then make small kababs, dip it into beaten egg and shallow fry it in hot oil.
