Ingredients For Kaju Katli:

  • Water  100 ml
  • Sugar  100 gm
  • Cashew nut powder  300 gm
  • Silver paper  as needed
  • Chopped cardamom  1/4 tsp
  • Ghee  1 tbsp
  • Dry milk  70 gm
  • Glucose  70 gm

Method:

  1. First add sugar and water.
  2. When it melts then add glucose make the syrup.
  3. Then add all the ingredients

Ingredients For Kacha Gola:

  • Milk  2 kg
  • Tartary  2 tsp
  • Chopped cardamom  1/4 tsp
  • Icing sugar  1 gm

For topping:

  • Dry milk  1/2 gm
  • Ghee  50 gm

Method:

  1. Make the paneer of milk.
  2. Now cook it on low temperature leave it to cool.
  3. Then add icing sugar, make ladoo.
  4. After that mix the milk and ghee and paste it on gola.
