Ingredients For Multani Halwa:

  • Sugar  1/2 kg
  • Milk  3 kg
  • Tartary  2-3 tsp
  • Angoori Powder  150 gm
  • Flour 300 gm
  • Chopped nutmeg, mace, cardamom  1 pinch
  • Brown color  1 pinch
  • Walnut  1/2 gm
  • Water  1/2 kg
  • Pistachio, almond  for garnish

Method:

  1. First mix the Angora powder with flour and water mix it well.
  2. Now pour water, make it thin.
  3. Then boil it with milk and stir it well, when it is boiled then turn off the stove.
  4. When it becomes cool then stir it with light hand.
  5. When the milk is boiled then stir it and add brown food color.
  6. When the water dries then add sugar, ghee and walnut roast it well.
  7. When water is dried then turn off the stove, add nutmeg mace, cardamom and halwa grease it and take it out.
  8. Now garnish it with pistachio and almonds then serve.

Ingredients For Moti Pak:

  • Moti  1/2 kg
  • Sugar  1/4 gm
  • Khoya  100 gm
  • Almond 20 gm
  • Pistachio  20 gm
  • Chopped cardamom   1 tsp

Method:

  1. First add lemon color, orange color, water and sugar make its syrup.
  2. Then add moti cook it and dry its water.
  3. Now add khoya roast it and add almonds, pistachio make it cool.
  4. When it becomes cool then mix it in tray and serve it cool.
