Fried Dhaga Kabab, White Chicken Masala And Lauki Ki Sabzi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Lauki Ki Sabzi:

  • Bottle gourd 1 kg
  • Whole red chilies 8-10
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add bottle gourd chop it well.
  2. Now pour oil put into oil fry the bottle gourd.
  3. Then add whole red chilies, white cumin and salt cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  4. When its water dries then add lemon juice and green chilies simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Bitter gourd is ready.

Ingredients For Fried Dhaga Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Fried onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Lemon 2
  • Bread slices  2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Black pepper 4
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seed 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
  • Raw papaya  2 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First roast the chickpea, raisins, white cumin, small cardamom, black pepper and cloves chop it well.
  2. Now add mince along bread in chopper.
  3. Then add fried onions and green chilies.
  4. After that add raw papaya mix it well knead it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now make small kababs for frying and shallow fry it.
  6. When all the kababs are fried then fry the kababs in a pan, put lemon juice, chopped garam masala and chopped green coriander simmer it for 5 minutes.
  7. Delicious fried dhaga kabab is ready.

Ingredients For White Chicken Masala:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Garlic  4 cloves
  • Onion  1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Green chili paste  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the lemon juice, black pepper and salt on lemon juice marinate it for a while.
  2. Now pour water cook it on low flame, until chicken tenders.
  3. Then add butter for frying.
  4. Now add chicken pieces take it out in a platter.
  5. Then put the onion, garlic, yogurt, cream and green chili paste blend it well and put this mixture into pan.
  6. Now fry it well after that serve the chicken pieces hot.
