Mutton Kunna

Ingredients

  1. Mutton 10 PCs 
  2. Onion 1 
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 
  4. Red chilli 1tbsp 
  5. Coriander 1 tbsp 
  6. Turmeric 1/2 tsp 
  7. Black cumin 1tsp 
  8. Flour 2tpsp 

Method 

In a handi put ginger garlic, mixed with half cup of water, ghee, mutton, chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric, sliced onion and cook covered for 30 minutes.

Then fry well, add 3 cups water for meat to get tender.

When meat tender, add flour paste, stirring well.

Lastly add crushed black cumin.

Cook for 15 minutes on low flame till ghee comes on tops.

Serve with Naan.

Galawati Kabab

Ingredients 

  • Mince  500gm 
  • Papaya 1tbsp 
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp 
  • Salt 
  • Fried onion 1
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp 
  • Roasted chickpea flour 4 tbsp 
  • Poppy seeds 1tbsp 
  • Garam masala 1tbsp 
  • Nutmeg,mace, cardamom 1tsp 
  • Onion1 chopped 
  • Green chilli 2 chopped 
  • Coriander chopped 3 tbsp 

Method 

  1. In a bowl put in all ingredients along with mince & mix it well.
  2. Then make a shape as u like .
  3. Then fry this kawab & enjoy it with raota salad & naan 

Caramel Coconut Bar 

Ingredients

  1. White butter 200 gm 
  2. Eggs 4 
  3. White flour 200 gm 
  4. Caster sugar 200 gm 
  5. Vanilla essence 1tsp 
  6. Baking powder 2 tbsp 
  7. Chocolate chips 1cup 
  8. Cocunut grind 1 cup 
  9. Caramel sauce 2tbsp 

Method

In a add egg vanilla essence , flour , castersugar, white butter ,baking powder & beat it very well & make a mixture 
In sperate 4×4 square shape tin Greece it then put it this mix on tin half then spread coconut , chocolate chips & caramel then remaining make a layer of cake mix .
Then bake it bass mark 4 & 180 °C almost 15-25 min ..
