Ingredients for Halwa:

  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Crushed cardamom 4
  • Water 2 glasses
  • Dried melon seeds  1tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Chanay Ki Tarkari:

  • White chickpeas 250 gm
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 3
  • Green coriander as taste
  • Mustard seed 1 tsp
  • Black caraway seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Puri:

  • Fine flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Luke warm water as required
  • Ghee for frying

Ingredients for Kashmiri Chai:

  • Water 4 cups
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Cardamom 4
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Almonds/Pistachio 50 gm
  • Green tea leaves 1 tbsp
  • Sugar as required
