Shitake Fried Rice, Hot Ice Cream Balls And Honey Chili Chicken by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Honey Chili Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Red chilies 4-5
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock  2 cups
  • Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1-2
  • Honey 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken fingers.
  2. Now take a pan pour oil add ginger garlic paste and chicken fingers roast it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then add whole red chilies and green chilies, mix it in chicken and roast it on 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Now add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, chopped black pepper and salt cook it on low temperature.
  5. When the mixture becomes dry then add chicken stock, cook it well.
  6. When it is boiled then add corn flour mix it in water, cook it make its gravy thick.
  7. Mix honey, take it out in dish and add green onions for garnishing then serve.

Ingredients For Shitake Fried Rice:

  • Beef undercut 300 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Boiled rice 300 gm
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Green onion 2-3 sticks
  • Chopped garlic 2-3
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2
  • Green chilies  4-5
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1-2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First mix the salt in egg and beat it.
  2. Now take a pan pour oil, mix the omelet mixture, roll it and take it out in plate.
  3. Then make it small slices.
  4. Pour oil add garlic cloves.
  5. Now add beef slices and fry it.
  6. Now add mushroom, capsicum, butter, soya sauce, vinegar and green onion mix it.
  7. After that add boiled rice, mix the mixture well.
  8. Add green coriander and omelet slices then serve.

Ingredients For Hot Ice Cream Balls:

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Flour  2 cups
  • Oil  to deep fry

Caramel Sauce:

  • Butter 100 gm
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Cream  1/2 cup

Method:

For Making Caramel Sauce:

  1. Take a pan add butter.
  2. When butter melts then mix the brown sugar mix it well.
  3. Then add corn flour in water, mix it and cook.
  4. When sauce becomes thick then add cream cook it.
  5. Now remove it, caramel sauce is ready.

For Making Ice Cream Balls:

  1. First keep the vanilla icing cream in freezer, freeze it so that it becomes hard.
  2. Now take a mixing bowl add egg and milk beat it.
  3. Take a plate pour flour, take another plate spread bread crumbs.
  4. Now add ice cream take it out from freezer, take out balls with help of scoop, first put them on milk mixture and flour and then on bread crumbs, in end keep these balls in freezer.
  5. Now take a pan, fry it for 30 seconds.
  6. Take it out in dish, serve it with caramel sauce.
