Ingredients For Chicken Manchurian:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp

For Making Sauce:

  • Stock 2 cups
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour as required
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken cubes, add sugar, salt, black pepper, corn flour and oil mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Then pour oil and fry it, when it becomes golden brown then take it out.
  3. For Sauce, pour milk add chopped garlic for frying.
  4. Now add stock, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
  5. When it is boiled then add corn flour make it thick and turn off the stove.
  6. Chicken manchurian is ready.

Ingredients For Singaporean Rice:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Egg Noodles 1 packet
  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 2
  • Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chili 6
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First boil the noodles boil it with turmeric.
  2. Pour oil add chicken small pieces.
  3. Now add cumin, turmeric, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
  4. Along chopped capsicum turn off the stove.
  5. Then add rice and noodles, cream and mayonnaise.
  6. After that add chicken.
  7. Now pour oil with garlic cloves.
  8. Along Green chilies and rice, give baghar on rice.
  9. Singaporean rice are ready.
