Fried Rice Bread

Ingredients:

  • Rice flour: 1 cup
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Fresh coconut: 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
  • Sonf: 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tsp
  • Black cumin: 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Boil water and add salt.
  2. Add rice flour and cook.
  3. When the mixture starts joining take it out, mix and pour it in the food processor to choperize.
  4. Now add coconut, coriander leaves, sonf, sesame seeds, black cumin and mix well.
  5. In the end put a little oil, mix it, make small balls and shape it round.
  6. Deep fry in oil and serve.

Rajma Masala

Ingredients:

  • Red beans: 2 cans
  • Onions: 2 
  • Tomato: 6
  • Chopped ginger: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic: 1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
  • All spice powder: 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • Aamchoor: 1 tsp
  • Butter: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Coriander leaves: as required
  • Rice: 1 pao 

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add Onions, ginger, green chilies and fry.
  2. Add blended tomatoes and cumin seeds.
  3. Also add in salt, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander and mix well.
  4. Now add the boiled beans and cook.
  5. When fully cooked add all spice powder, aamchoor, butter and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve Rajma with boiled rice in the platter.

Spinach Quiche Cups

Ingredients:

  • Spinach: 1 pao
  • Eggs: 4
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup
  • Mushroom: 1 can
  • Cream:2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Butter: 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil spinach and blend.
  2. Fry mushroom slices in butter.
  3. Take a bowl and whisk eggs, cream, salt and black pepper together.
  4. Now mix spinach and mushroom mixture and pour it in a greased muffin tray.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees for half an hour and serve.

Kuchla Shaljam

Ingredients:

  • White turnip: 1/2 kg
  • Onions: 2
  • Tomatoes: 3
  • Red chili powder: 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Roasted crushed cumin: 1 tsp
  • Green chilies: 4
  • Fresh coriander leaves: 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Peel off turnips.
  2. Add turmeric and boil it.
  3. Mash the mixture.
  4. Heat oil and fry onions.
  5. Then add in it garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, salt, red chili powder and mix well.
  6. Now add the boiled turnips with cumin seeds, coriander leaves and green chilies.
  7. Serve hot.
