Ingredients for Corn Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Sweet corn 1 tin
  • Fried onion 1/2 cup
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra 1 tsp
  • Zarda color 1 pinch
  • Red chili 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put whole mix spice, onion, ginger, garlic, salt and red chili and roast it.
  2. Then add sweet corn and put water. When it boils, put salt and all spice powder.
  3. Now add soaked rice, first simmer on high flame and then in low flame.
  4. When ready, serve hot.
