Bun Kebab by Sara Riaz

Ingredients:

  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Daal chana 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili 1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1/2 ts[
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Bun 4
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Cucumber 1

For Chutney:

  • Mint 1/4 bunch
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chili 8
  • Tomato 1
  • Khatai powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 4

Method:

  1. Peel boiled potato and mash it nicely.
  2. Soak daal chana for 30 minutes. Then put salt, red chili, white cumin and black cumin.
  3. After that, boil it and grind in grinder.
  4. Mix daal and potato and make kabab.
  5. Dip kabab in beaten egg and shallow fry it.
  6. Cut bun from center and toast in hot oil.
  7. Put all ingredients of chutney in blender and blend it.
  8. Spread chutney on top of bun and keep salad leaves and kabab.
  9. Keep onion, tomato and cucumber slice on top.
  10. Now again add chutney, cover with second cover and serve.
