Ingredients for Dum Ka Keema:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Roasted and grinded chickpea 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Green cardamom 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, grind roasted & grinded chickpea with cumin, coriander seeds and poppy seeds.
  2. Now marinate mince with raw papaya, ginger garlic and salt.
  3. Then leave for cooking for 20 minutes on low flame.
  4. When water dries, add lemon juice.
  5. After that, garnish with coriander, green chilies and onion slices and serve.
