Ingredients:

  • Kidneys 4
  • Red tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1 large
  • Green chili 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Butter 1 oz
  • Desi ghee 1.5 oz
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  1. First wash mutton kidneys and boil it. When it becomes soft, take it out and keep it aside.
  2. Then finely chop onion and green chili.
  3. After that, heat ghee and do onion golden brown.
  4. Then add kidneys, green chili, salt and black pepper.
  5. Then put 1 tsp water so that kidneys do not becomes hard.
  6. Then put beans aside.
  7. Now take bread slices, spread butter and keep kidneys on it.
  8. Then cut tomato into slices and fry it until soft. Together add salt.
  9. Then take one one slice of tomato and keep on bread slice.
  10. Kidney toast with fried tomatoes is ready.
