Ingredients:

  • Beef or Mutton 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Lemons 4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash meat botiyan nicely, spread at some place and mash it lightly with heavy knife.
  2. Now put yogurt, chopped green chilies, lemon juice, papaya paste, poppy seeds powder, red chili powder, crushed black pepper, ginger garlic paste and salt in meat and keep for 2-1/2 hours.
  3. Then put masala gosht and oil in pot and cook on low flame
  4. When water of meat dries and tender, spread on one big dish and put ghee.
  5. After that, keep on tawa on low flame and cover it.
  6. Keep hot coal on cover.
  7. After that, serve delicious boti kabab with hot parathay.
